We’ll work with you to identify any upcoming deadlines and milestones, such as medical appointments, court dates, which may be affected, and act accordingly.

Personal injury industry is also adapting to the circumstances and starting new ways of working to increase the use of technology and enable remote hearings or medical appointments where possible.

During this time, in line with government advice, we are unable to offer home visit.

We are technologically advanced and equipped for the situation we now find ourselves in. LITKRAFT has the resource, systems and infrastructure to continue to support you with any legal issue.

UPDATE: 27 March 2020

Due to Corona virus outbreak, we are changing our working hours.

Starting from this week we will be operating at reduced hours and  will be working Monday to Friday between 9 am to 6 pm only. We apologise for inconvenience that may cause you.

We also would like to remind you that LITKRAFT office is temporary closed . However, we have a number of options to enable us to continue working.

The situation in relation to the Covid-19 outbreak is changing daily.

We are following the guidance given by the Government and the NHS (https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/ )

We will do all that we can to ensure that we are able to continue to provide our services to you in these difficult times.

Reacting to the latest Government announcements from Wednesday 25 March we will temporary close our office. However, we have a number of options to enable us to continue working.

Please note that despite these unprecedented measures you will still be able to get updates and progress your claim by contacting solicitors directly.

Unfortunately, virus quarantine measures having a big impact on our customers’ call waiting times, for which we’re truly sorry.

That’s why, for the first time ever, we’re asking that our clients work with us and only call if they have an urgent query that can’t wait.

This is hard for us, and frustrating for you. We really appreciate your patience and understanding as we prioritise helping our most vulnerable customers.

Rest assured, we are working around the clock to endeavour to re-open our office as soon as possible, but we thank you for your patience and understanding during this unprecedented time.
