Eyes	Moderate	£1,650* – £6,700*	Had an injury that caused a temporary problem with vision

Ears			These amounts are just a guidance for people who:
Ears	Very Serious	£68,950* to £107,500*	Have become totally deaf
Ears	Serious	£23,850* to £34,650*	Lost total hearing in one ear
Ears	Moderate	£5,300* to £23,850*	Who suffer from partial hearing loss

Face			These amounts are just a guidance for people who:
Face	Very Serious	£13,700* to £74,500*	Suffered from facial disfigurement/scarring

Wrist			These amounts are just a guidance for people who:

Knee			These amounts are just a guidance for people who:

Foot	Moderate	£5,320* to £10,445*	Injury has resulted in constant pain, a limp or aching

Toe			These amounts are just a guidance for people who:
Toe	Very Serious	£23,750* to £42,650*	Had to endure the amputation of all of your toes
Toe	Serious	£7,300* to £16,050*	Suffered severe trauma to the toe
Toe	Moderate	£4,200* to £7,300*	Have broken one or more toes

*These amounts are taken from the Case Law on general damages in personal injury cases. Figures do change time to time and should not be considered as exact, but for guidance only.

These guidelines are used by all personal injury practitioners and judges working in personal injury law. These amounts cover the possible injuries to the different parts of the body and different levels of compensation will apply, depending on the severity of the injury sustained.
